Kelley Gray brings her near thirty years of experience to lead the Highgate Systems organisation and the extraordinary people within it. With a career in I.T. serving multiple verticals including banking and finance, telcos/carriers, healthcare, education, transportation and logistics, Federal, Provincial and Municipal governments, she has held several roles in the IS/IT disciplines. Her specialities include sales and business development, relationship management, systems integration, mobile platform management, I.T. infrastructure, process, proposal and project management. With a strategic focus on customer service and operational excellence, Kelley is able to successfully rally others to believe in themselves and their goals to drive positive and effective outcomes. Kelley attended York University for studies toward an Honours double major in Physical Education and French and holds certifications in Process Management (ITIL), Project Management, Communications and Leadership.
Rene Mahadeo leads Product Management and Project Delivery for Highgate Systems. Combining his substantial experience and extensive knowledge of the banking industry, Rene engages with customers at all levels and investigates market trends to build comprehensive solutions supporting the business needs of our financial and lending institution clients around the globe. Prior to joining Highgate in 2006, Rene spent several years at the Republic Bank of Guyana (formerly Royal Bank of Canada) as their head of Information Technology. Rene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management and a Diploma in Banking and Finance (AICB).
Agbor Tabi leads the sales and partnerships division for Highgate Systems. Agbor has honed his business development skills through his vast global experience including several years at Scotiabank in Canada. Agbor has tremendous drive and focus that finds him consistently pursuing creative solutions for clients, assisting them with navigating the challenges of digital transformation. Continuously combining his extensive education, experience and market research to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, he seeks to drive value and provide benefit to our broad customer base. Agbor holds MBA and MA & BA in Economics.
Vanessa Connor leads the Client Services division for Highgate Systems. She is an accomplished leader with a laser focus on the overall customer experience. Starting in the Loans Department at Caribbean Commercial Bank of Anguilla and rising to Chief Operations Officer with National Commercial Bank of Anguilla, she has over 20 years of banking and financial expertise. Vanessa’s outstanding communication skills and strong business acumen in all areas of banking render her an extraordinary individual to represent the voice of the customer. Vanessa is an Accredited Business Accountant and holds an MBA for Leadership and a Bachelor’s of Commerce.
Vahe Ohan leads the Development and Quality Assurance departments for Highgate Systems. Vahe consistently collaborates with colleagues and customers alike to develop comprehensive business strategies and implement the latest end-to-end technology-based financial solutions. Having lengthy stints with both Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Scotiabank, Vahe leverages his advanced leadership and influencing skills related to change management to engage, develop and coach his talented teams. In addition to multiple certifications in specific technology disciplines, Vahe holds a BSc. in Computer Science.
